How orders work.

  • Recommendation on turf variety based on site, usage, budget and maintenance plan.

  • A formal quote is provided to ‘supply only’ or ‘supply and lay’. Payment needs to be cleared 24 hours prior to delivery day.

  • We provide you with an hour ETA timeslot the afternoon prior, so your team can be ready to go when the turf arrives.

  • Lay crews install on your prepared surface and the office team can provide ongoing maintenance instructions.
